My name is Bruce Whitt and I am currently a senior at Concord University.  I started this wonderful chapter of my life back in the Fall semester of 2005 and I haven't looked back.  Through this college journey I have really learned about myself and have watched myself grow in knowledge as well as in experience and leadership.

I pledged a fraternity my first semester here and I am so thankful that I did.  Sigma Tau Gamma has taught me so much that the text books could not.  The brotherhood that we have, along with the business side of things, have taught me how to become a leader.  I have worked along side the most diverse group of men and we always prevail against any obstacle we must undertake.

Currently, I am the President of this great fraternity.  We have managed to get out of debt for the first time in 10 years, not because of me, but because we all have the courage and drive to do what needs done and make the tough decisions.

Furthermore, myself along with 3 of my brothers are coaching a little league team.  It has been a great experience working with these kids and their parents.  It has taught me how to manage time and exercise the ability to see where people are the strongest as well as to teach and explain through my own previous experience.

In conclusion, I have loved my time here at Concord University.  I feel fully prepared to take on the "real world" because of what I have been taught here by these amazing professors.  Also, I feel prepared because of my activeness here on campus and my leadership roles within organizations that have given me real experience working with others.  I look forward to helping your company in any way I can.
