At the conclusion of the round-robin, the top two teams meet in the Championship Round.

Pikeview won the Championship Round in overtime, 70-60.

The top individual scorers were:

1. Drew Hill, Pikeview, 23 toss-up questions answered correctly*.

2. Josh Hamrick, Webster County, 18

2. Matthew Wilkinson, Woodrow Wilson, 18
