Jim White is an Associate Professor of Political Science at Concord University, where he has taught since 1998.  Before coming to Concord, Dr. White worked in various capacities for the United States Department of Health and Human Services, administering child care and public assistance programs.  He was a Presidential Management Intern (now called the Presidential Management Fellows program), and he also served as a legislative aid to both New York Senator Daniel Patrick Moynihan and New Jersey Governor Thomas Kean.  Currently, Dr. White is the NCAA Faculty Athletic Representative for Concord University and he administers the David R. Bard Study Abroad Program, which takes undergraduates, graduate students, and faculty members for a three-week educational experience in the United Kingdom every summer.
