Editorial Policy
In the Opinions section, The Concordian wants to provide an open forum for all members of the community. The Concordian requires that all Letters to the Editor or guest columns contain the author's name - no letters will be printed anonymously. No more than one letter or guest column per person will be printed in each edition. Letters should be no longer than 500 words.
Additionally, no topic shall be discussed in more that two consecutive issues, and with regards to SGA elections, only one letter involving any candidate will be printed.
All submissions to The Concordian become property of The Concordian. We reserve the right to edit all submissions for space considerations or for content that is vague, repetitive, libelous, factually incorrect, or profane.
It is not the responsibility of The Concordian to check for, or correct, factual inaccuracies. The Editor-in-Chief shall have final determination concerning all such matters. Letters, columns, and guest columns solely reflect the opinion of their respective authors, and are not necessarily representative of The Concordian's opinion.
Submissions may be sent by e-mail to Concordian@concord.edu, mailed to campus box C-45, or dropped off in room M008 of the Alexander Fine Arts Center.
